It’s going to be a beautiful sunny day to come together as a community, honor our ancestors and celebrate life through art in honor of our 50th Annual Día de los Muertos Celebration this Saturday, November 4 from 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Civc Center Park in East LA! Come in your favorite Day of the Dead fashion and wear comfortable shoes for a day at the park.

The Celebration will include a train ride procession from Mariachi Plaza to Civic Center (read more below), community altars, a Muertos Marketplace with local artists and artisans, local street food vendors serving the flavors of our community, a family Resource Fair, a festive photo booth, face painting, live entertainment on our main stage and more. This year enjoy live performances with music by Mariachi Mata, Cambalache, Nepantla and Tease!

Los Angeles County Civic Center park is located at 4801 E 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90022, across from the Metro L Line East LA Civic Center Station, at 3rd Street and Mednik Avenue. We encourage the public to carpool, use a rideshare service to the venue or use public transportation such as the train. Tip: There is additional parking at nearby Belvedere park, where you may use the pedestrian walkway to arrive at Civic Center. Learn more here.

Participate in our festive Día de los Muertos Celebration Procession from Mariachi Plaza in Boyle Heights, to Civic Center Park in East Los Angeles on the train!

Meet us at Mariachi Plaza between 1:45PM-2:00 PM where we will begin with a traditional Danza blessing, then take the Metro L Line train to East LA Civic Center Park at 2:30 PM. New!
